Prototypes show you and us how your product will function and how the materials behave during sewing. Prototypes are for your approval and can be shown to your clients. Once approved we can proceed with the production run.

Pattern Making
Pattern making is a crucial part of the
manufacturing process. Initially we use card for the prototypes as they are easy to alter. As production increases the card patterns are used to make press knives or acrylic patterns.

We can cut fabric in many deferent ways depending on the the design of the product. An Eastman cutter Is used for layered fabric. A hydraulic press which uses press knives. Hand cutting using a rotary cutter or scissors.
